- Extreme Circumstances: In cases of extreme circumstances such as technological difficulties (e.g., loss of power, internet issues), refunds will be considered at our discretion.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, the full fee will be charged unless decided otherwise by us.

Refunds & Cancellations
1. Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair process for all clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Before 24 Hours: If you cancel your counseling session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a charge of 50% of the original value paid for the service. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
2. Extreme Circumstances
In cases of extreme circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our standard cancellation policy:

Technological Difficulties: If you experience significant technological issues, such as loss of power or internet connectivity, that prevent you from attending your session, the cost of the session may be refunded at the company’s discretion. Please inform us as soon as possible if such issues arise.

No Show: If you do not show up for a session that has been booked and no prior cancellation notice has been provided, the full fee for the session will be charged. However, the company may review and decide otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
